Hey the collagen you recommend has 32 grams of protein. So is this something I should take in addition to my protein powder or can I use it to replace the protein powder post workout?
No it does not replace protein, collagen is not a complete protein source. I suggest a half scoop serving in the morning. This does not count towards total protein intake
I've read that with Creatine I need to increase water intake. On rest days I drink about 80 oz of water and workout days I drink about 116 oz of water. I've tried drinking more water in the past but I've noticed that if I drink much more than that I have to wake up in the middle of the night to piss and that really effects my sleep. I've read that if you take Creatine that you should drink at least 124oz or more every day weather working out of not.
Am I over thinking this and I don't really need to adjust my water intake that much since I'm already getting a lot of water?
Any alternative to Mahler's aggresive strength for us europeans?
I have seen Creatine and Whey enough times to give them a try. Thank you for your personal recommendations for each.

Gotcha thank you. Also what dosage of Zinc do you recommend? I’ve seen conflicting info about more than 40mg a day.

Overthinking. Drink a normal amount of water. If you feel you need more, then drink more
Thank you!
