Whats up everyone,
One of the biggest changes Ive made this year with my life has been TALKING ON THE PHONE ever week with friends and business partners.
Its become a habit that I wish I had done sooner. Business is done person to person, and especially if you are Wifi Entrepreneur who works from home like I do, its easy to become isolated and have little live conversation with people. Email and DMs and chats dont count. You NEED To be on the phone with other successful people exchanging ideas and energy, there is no substitution for this kind of interaction.
A major motivation for Petey B and myself in doing the Nightlife cigar events is specifically to solve for this issue. Theres a whole new generation of Work-From-Home entrepreneurs and people starting WIFI businesses, and they dont have strong networks and inner circles.
Of course you can connect online, but the only true way to make friends is to meet people in person. We host these events to get drive n people together and making these relationships happen
There are 2 weeks to go until the next Cigar Night and Dinner in Miami on March 8th.
We are also offering a Business Mastermind on Sunday (platinum ticket holders only)
Moving on, BPC157 Success Story
Lots of people have been ordering the bpc157 peptide. This gentlemen ordered the injectable version for long term shoulder pain he had been experiencing.
FYI-You NEED the injectable for any kind of joint/muscle pain.
I advised him to inject 300mcg once a day into BOTH shoulders (so 600mcg total per day).
His results after 10 days were remarkable.
I recommended he continue using the BPC157 for another week at least and make sure he was fully pain free, at which point he could cease using it.
This is just one example of how effective the peptide can be for healing. Its not a painkiller masking the problem, its solving the problem by giving the body what it needs to fully heal a damaged area. Your tissue is FINALLY being repaired.
As always, order your peptides from Limitless. Use code "ajac" for 15% off.

Blood tests, you DONT Need doctors Permission
One practice I have with all my executive clients is blood tests. Results from exercise and diet and lifestyle must be proven by data. And especially for men over 40+ trying to get FIT for the first time, Anabolic resistance is common; insulin resistance, decreased protein synthesis, low testosterone, higher bodyfat levels.
Getting healthy goes beyond building muscle, its your internal health thats counts most of all. And what is measured you can manage and improve.
Contrary to popular beliefs, blood tests dont require doctors approval. In most states you can order tests yourself. Quest Diagnoists, Direct Labs, Discount Labs, Any Test Now, etc etc.
Usually I suggest Discounted labs, but use whatever is in your area.
For men working to get FIT, I suggest the Pre-TRT test.
Obviously the interpretation of the numbers will require a consultation with a health professional. This is part of the Executive coaching service.

You can do Pyramid Sets, Revere Pyramids, or Regular Sets, they all work
This was a meta analysis that came out end of last year. It looked at the effects of pyramid sets (reducing reps and adding weight), reverse pyramids sets (heavy sets first for low reps, then reducing weights on subsequent sets and increasing reps), and also straight sets (same weight for all sets).
The results were...boring. All three methods worked, and while there were differences in fatigue (regular pyramids caused the most fatigue), there were not statistically significant differences in muscle growth, and very minor (if any) differences in strength gains.
Basically everything works relatively equal, its the contextual application that makes a difference in whether something is a better strategy.
What does this mean for You?
Do not buy into anyone BS that there is an ULTIMATE way or most OPTIMAL to train. I know fitness can be confusing, but the fundamentals are not. What matters is understanding basic principles (like progressive overload, and getting stronger over time), and putting in EFFORT into a plan. And the over time you adjust that plan based on your own results. All reps ranges can work, all set methods can work, all ranges of volume can work.
Simple plans are the most effective in my professional experience. Thats why I favor PPL and upper lower schedules and workout design. Easy to understand, easy to follow, and reliable in results.
