Beginner Peptides
I get this question frequently now that frames peptide usage within the question "what should beginners use". The truth is there are not beginner peptides. Thats not how peptides work. You are using compounds that are medicinal, therapeutic, or even performance enhancing in their effects.
What matters is CONTEXT
I recorded this youtube video, intro to biohacking Your exploration with peptides depends on your state of health, and what improvements, if any, you are looking to make.
I define four common profiles of peptides users (and these are not mutually exclusive) Healing-usually from an injury or muscular skeletal pain of some kind.
These people usually start of with BPC157 and TB500. Thats what I started with back in 2018. It worked! It made me curious what other peptides exist and their benefits. There are also the people who hear about BPC157 being excellent for inflammatory gut health conditions. They try it out...and it works, their inflammation goes down. Curiosity arises
Fat Loss-This is an obvious one. Ozempic and mounjaro maintstreamed peptide usage for tens of millions of people. Theres no question that they work. And newer fat loss peptides like Retatrutide are even more effective
Reta, as its come to be called, is the most utilized fat loss peptide in my biohacker group. (I made a video about it)
Anti-Aging-Lots of people come to peptides through TRT and Hormone replacement therapy. They are older typically, they'd like to feel younger. Their desires are a mixed bag. They might want fat loss, but also more energy, and maybe nicer looking skin as well, and less aches and pains. This group tends to use peptides the most, simply because they have the most room for improvement.
They might end up using a combo of TRT, Reta for a cut, GHKCu for skin health, SLUPP for Energy, and Elite Tropin to help with growth hormone release and sleep. Whether someone wants to spend a lot or a little on peptides is up to them. People spending $$ to feel and look younger is a tale as a old as time.
Performance Enhancement-At the peptide seminar I said that "if a peptide is banned by WADA and the IOC, thats how you know it works"
And its true. If a peptide helps to improve mitochondrial function and increase ATP production, then it is going to have a performance enhancing effect on stamina, endurance, and athletic performance. Pro athletes are the ones that lead the curve on performance enhancement innovation, everyone at the highest level "cheats". You are at a disadvantage if you're not. The question is whether or not they get caught. Their experimentation then filters down to regular people. The same peptides using for for performance are also popular with individuals losing bodyfat to keep energy levels up and have better workouts. Or recreational lifters in general who simply want better health. Mitochondrial peptides can make you objectively healthier (in combo with cardiovascular exercise of course and lifting)
I could also add a 5th category
NOOTROPICS-Cognitive performance is its own category. This is largely men who want to use nootropics, but sometimes women as well. Selank, Semax, Methylene Blue (capsule version), and Dihexa are some examples of "brain" peptides and compounds. Maybe you find this overwhelming..
Thats why I created the free telegram group and created free guides and videos. All members get access to a protocol cheat sheet that has best practices for every peptide with dosage.
Its easier to learn about them in a social setting, see how other people are using them, ask questions, and get past the anxiety of the unfamiliar.
