1. Eat Clean-You are what you consume(Spirituality)- Everything you take into you will affect you/create you. Everything that you take into you, food, thoughts, ideas, words, light, water, liquids, emotions, ALL of it can and will and does affect you every second of every single day. So pay attention on all levels to your environment and your consumption. Your spirituality is the relationship of MEANING between everything you do, think, say, believe. That spirit can be full of life, it can be sick. The energetic relationship between hormones and health, mindset and feeling, diet and the health of cells, there are mechanisms for all of those things. This is not esoteric, the relationships all exist.
What does clean eating mean?
Eat is what is grown and what is raised, not what is processed and what is artificially made.
I rhymed that on purpose. Thats the only "rule" of nutrition I would say to adhere to.
What is grown-plants, fruits, seeds, grains, living things
What is raised-animals, also living things
The specifics of the above are upon YOU. You must assess your own biofeedback of digestion, energy, bowel movements, and bodily reaction to determine whether to eat something or not. Everyone is biochemically unique and there is no perfect universal human diet. Deep Nutrition, read it, apply it, figure out what works best for YOUR biochemistry.
2. Live Lean-Live according to Action, not feelings(Physicality)-The fundamental definition of your life is not what you think of it, but how you have lived it. How you live, and how you want to live, and what you want to happen, all these things are dependent upon being set into motion. To those who do, much shall be had, and to those who do not do, nothing shall be given. Your emotionality is irrelevant to your reality if you find dissonance in your life.If your life is discontent to you in any way, LIVE DIFFERENTLY. You cannot "think" anything into existence without giving concrete form in the physical realm. To Live lean is not simply be lean in terms of bodyat, to live lean is to live a life in Motion. Live in such a way that your momentum never ceases. While life is seasonal, and there are times for work, times for rest, times for speed, times for slowness, do not ever succumb to inertia.
3. Train Mean-Be Purposeful, in everything (Mentality)-A purpose driven life is a good life. Acting mindlessly, carelessly, with no intention to anything, that is always considered a wasted existence. Ignorance earns its own misery. Mankind since the dawn of time has sought to make sense of mortality, and perhaps the only meaning that can be agreed upon is that to have meaning is a good thing that serves living. We have gift the learning, we have the gift of seeing into the future, we have the ability to make the future happen. Either you take that seriously, or you do not. Everything can be trained, both forward towards progression, and backwards into inertia. To train is to direct or deny energy into a thing, and affect its develop thereof. As everything in the body/mind can be stimulated and affected by stimulus and energy, all things within you can be trained and changed accordingly
